Breeze Studio is a management screen accessed from "Settings → Breeze → Breeze Studio". You can check the status, change settings, and check the performance of all Breeze Agents and Custom Assistants installed in HubSpot in one place.You can see in a list which agents are running, how much credit is being consumed, and how many inquiries have been processed.

Designing guardrails and approval flows—preventing AI from running out of control

Restricting action privileges
Restrict the types of actions that the Agent can perform. You can use checkboxes to set options such as ``Allow only reading of CRM, no writing'', ``Only generate email drafts, cannot send'', ``Can only launch specific workflows'', etc.
Example: Set "Email draft generation is allowed and automatic sending requires approval" for Prospecting Agent

Target contact limits
Set property conditions for contacts that the Agent can handle. Minimize the scope of erroneous operations by using options such as ``only in a specific Lifecycle Stage'', ``only in contacts included in a specific list'', and ``only in customers without a VIP tag''.
Example: Setting Customer Agent to "Do not apply to Enterprise tier customers"

Daily/monthly execution limit settings
The Professional plan has a limit of 100 automation runs per day. Monitor the total number of executions for all agents, including Marketplace agents. We recommend setting up an alert to be sent to the administrator when the limit is reached.
Example: Limit Prospecting Agent to 50 emails per day

Definition of prohibited topics and content
Define topics that agents should never touch on (such as slandering competitors, making unauthorized promises on prices, mentioning legal liability, etc.). This is especially important for Customer Agents and Content Agents.
Example: Set a rule for Customer Agent that prohibits "changing prices, promising refunds, and mentioning legal matters"

Approval flow settings
Require approval from a representative or administrator when certain actions occur (e.g. sending an external message, intervening in a high-value deal, reaching out to a VIP contact). You can set up to receive approval requests via Slack, email, or HubSpot notifications.

Deployment without configuration can become a management risk.
