💡 Differences between “content generation” between Content Agent and Breeze Assistant

Breeze Assistant's content generation function is to ``create a draft in a chat-style, question-and-answer manner.'' On the other hand, Content Agent“Autonomously generate long-form content that resembles a finished product as a project.”It's a function. The biggest difference is that you can request a draft of your blog with a one-line prompt and it will automatically execute the process from research to outline to main text. Use Assistant for short texts and Content Agent for long texts and structured content.

Section 3-2

Automatic generation of blog articles—from keywords to finished drafts

Content Agent's blog generation feature isAutonomously executes the entire process of "research, outline, body text, and meta information" just by entering SEO keywords. Once generated, you can edit and publish it using HubSpot's blog editor.

Blog generation workflow (total 6 steps)

1
Specify topics and keywords
Marketing Hub → Content → Blog → Click “Create with Breeze”. Enter the target keyword, target reader, desired number of characters (recommended 1,500-2,500 characters), and tone.
Example: "Keywords: HubSpot CRM comparison / Audience: Small and medium-sized business sales managers / Tone: practical and professional"
2
Content Agent autonomously performs web research
The Agent performs a web search using specified keywords and analyzes the structure, topics covered, and missing information of top competing articles. This research phase can be completed in 30 seconds to 1 minute.
It may automatically suggest unique points not found in competing articles.
3
Check and adjust the outline
An outline of the H1, H2, and H3 structure will be presented. You can edit, add, or delete configurations at this time. The quality of the outline determines the quality of the final article, so it is important to check this carefully.
Adding instructions at the outline stage, such as "Add a competitive comparison table to the third section," will improve quality.
4
Generate body text
Once the outline is approved, text generation begins. If a brand voice has been set, the writing will be tailored to that style. Keyword density and heading structure are automatically optimized in conjunction with HubSpot's SEO tools.
Articles of 1,500 to 2,000 characters can be generated in about 2 minutes.
5
Automatically set meta information/OG tags
Alternative text for meta titles, meta descriptions, OG titles, and featured images are automatically generated. The SEO score will be automatically adjusted to be 70 points or higher.
High (currently considering purchasing)
6
Custom Assistants can add “company-specific knowledge” to that.
Check and edit the generated article using the blog editor. Check the facts, add your own company examples, and adjust the tone. If an approval flow is set, set the publication schedule after sending it to the approver.
AI-generated articles must be fact-checked. In particular, check numbers, statistics, and proper nouns.
Section 3-3

LP/email/case study generation workflow

Content Agent supports multiple content formats in addition to blogs. The optimal generation flow and points to note are different for each.

Section 3-4

You can generate everything from a single blog article to LinkedIn, X, email newsletters, video scripts, and webinar slide outlines all at once.

Brand voice setting and quality control—Make AI-generated content uniquely yours

The problem that the content generated by AI is ``somewhat strange and doesn't seem like your company'' is,This can be solved by setting the brand voice.. Breeze's brand voice feature learns from your company's existing content to extract your company's unique tone, style, and vocabulary, and then reflects this in all future content generation.

Comparing a good brand voice setup vs. a poor one

✓ Brand voice available (already set)
"Traditional CRMs are complicated to set up, and are often left unused by people in the field. HubSpot CRM's design philosophy is centered around CRM in use. Intuitive UI, free plans, and complete integration of Marketing, Sales, and Service—these are the reasons why it supports the growth of small to medium-sized companies."
💡 Speak specifically, assertively, from the perspective of the field, and in your company's own words
✗ No brand voice (generic AI writing style)
"CRM software plays a critical role in a company's customer relationship management. By choosing the right CRM, companies can more effectively manage their customer relationships and drive business growth."
⚠ Abstract, passive, and ubiquitous writing style. No sense of company identity

Brand voice setting procedure

Setting itemsContentSpecific examples of recommended input
Learning existing content AI learns the writing style by inputting 5 to 10 URLs or body texts of existing blog articles/emails Company's past blogs TOP5/Most read email newsletters
Definition of tone Express with adjectives (e.g. "professional, friendly, bold, conservative") "Practical, direct, professional but approachable, data-oriented"

Required expression/style Must-use keywords, writing rules, and punctuation styles The impact of damage to the brand is significant.
💡 Final step of quality control—Using “AI reviewer”

If you ask Breeze Assistant to check the article generated by Content Agent to see if it violates brand guidelines, it will point out the problem areas.Two-step check: “Generation → AI review → Final human confirmation”By making this a standard flow, brand quality can be maintained at a certain level.

📌 Chapter 3 Summary

Content Agent autonomously executes “research → composition → writing”

Just by specifying a topic, you can automatically complete competitive research, outline generation, text writing, and SEO settings. The role of the person in charge will change to ``instruction → confirmation → approval'', increasing content production speed by 5 to 10 times.

Amplify 1 to 10 with Content Remix

The role of humans is to “confirm, approve, and confirm facts”
